In short

CoineticSetup.exe /quiet /accepteula /preinstall /partner=YOURCODE

YOURCODE = the affiliate code from your partner account (free sign-up).
Run it as administrator or SYSTEM - in your imaging script, task sequence or by hand. The computer needs internet access once, to check your code.
Exit code 0 = done. 3 = the code was not accepted (nothing installed), 5 = /accepteula missing. Details: C:\ProgramData\Coinetic\setup.log.

How it works

In your workshop the setup checks your code with the Coinetic server and installs Coinetic without a license. Protection waits; there are no messages or pop-ups. Coinetic remembers your workshop network.
Clone it if you like. Computers made from the same image stay quiet in your workshop too - nothing is asked from your network, so your address is never locked out, however many computers you prepare.
At your customer's, as soon as the computer is online on another network, Coinetic starts the free 30-day trial by itself (all features, including Ask AI). The customer sees "Trial - 30 days left" in Help > License.
When your customer buys a license, the purchase carries your code: you earn 20 % of every payment - renewals included, for as long as the customer keeps the subscription (see the partner terms).

What your customer gets

Protection against password guessing on RDP, file sharing and web logins, port scans and floods - attackers are banned in the Windows Firewall.
Control over which programs may reach the internet; unsigned programs that go online are flagged.
Ask AI: plain-language answers about what the computer is doing.
Automatic, signed updates - nothing to maintain for you.

Good to know

The license agreement. With /accepteula you accept the license agreement for the installation; please pass it on to your customer with the computer.
A computer that already has a license (a key) is installed normally - /preinstall is ignored there.
No internet at your customer's yet? The trial starts the first time the computer is online; Coinetic tries again every 30 minutes.
Your customer can also start the trial by hand: Help > License > 30-day trial - your code goes with it.
Remove it: "C:\Program Files\Coinetic\Coinetic.exe" /uninstall /quiet.

Why does the setup end with exit code 3?

Your partner code was not accepted - use the affiliate code from your partner account - or the Coinetic server could not be reached (relayer.coinetic.io, TCP 443). Nothing was installed. Details are in C:\ProgramData\Coinetic\setup.log.
